Az ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt. („Társaság”) tájékoztatja tisztelt Befektetőit, hogy a Társaság pernyertességével zárult másodfokon az alábbi peres eljárás:

A bíróság a fenti döntésével jóváhagyta a Társaság kifogását a 7.602.338 lejre kiállított második lefoglalási jegyzőkönyvet illetően, amelyet semmissé nyilvánított minden az alapján elkezdett végrehajtási folyamattal együtt.

By the above decision, the court upheld the Company’s objection to the second seizure report issued for lei 7,602,338, which was annulled along with all enforcement proceedings initiated under it.
