Az ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt. („Társaság”) korábban több alkalommal tájékoztatta a tisztelt Befektetőit, hogy a MAHART projekttel kapcsolatosan peresítés alatt álló jogvitában áll a megrendelővel, egyebek mellett abból kifolyólag, hogy a megrendelő nem teljesíti a leszállított eszközök ellenértékét az ENEFI részére. A Társaság bízott a jogvita békés rendezésében, azonban a megrendelő érdekében eljáró, annak cégcsoportjába tartozó, az eszközök tárolását végző társaság most bírósági eljárást kezdeményezett az eszközök ENEFI által történő elszállíttatása tárgyában. A fentiek egyértelműen igazolják, hogy a megrendelő részéről tényleges szándék vagy képesség a teljesítésre nincs, így a felek közti jogvita bírósági úton kerül eldöntésre.

ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt. („Company”) previously informed its respected Investors on several occasions that it is involved in a pending legal dispute with the customer regarding the MAHART project, among other things, due to the fact that ENEFI is not paying the consideration for the delivered assets to the customer. The Company trusted in the peaceful settlement of the legal dispute, however, the company acting on behalf of the customer and belonging to its group of companies, which stores the devices, has now initiated court proceedings regarding the transportation of the devices by ENEFI. The ability of the above is proved by the fact that the customer has no actual intention to perform, so the legal dispute
between the parties can be decided in court.
