Az ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt. („Társaság”) az alábbiakról tájékoztatja Tisztelt Befektetőit a
romániai operáció értesítése alapján:
Marosvásárhely Önkormányzata a bíróságon kifogással élt a kártérítési perben korábban
megítélt összegek végrehajtása ellen.
A kifogás a végrehajtást jóváhagyó bírósági döntésben meghatározott, akkor még fennálló,
2.413.038 lejes kártérítési tartozást, illetve a végzésben meghatározott 3.334.712,09 lejes
inflációs rátát vitatja, mivel, az előbbi értéke, a Város álláspontja szerint, a végrehajtási
kérés benyújtásakor csak 1.608.691,78 lej volt, így erre az összegre való csökkentését kéri,
míg az inflációs ráta kapcsán, annak eltörlését kéri.

based on the notification of the Romanian operation:
The Municipality of Târgu Mures has filed a complaint against the collection of the amounts
previously judged in the lawsuit for the compensation of damages.
The complaint disputes the amount of RON 2,413,038 debt for compensation still existing set
out in the court decision approving the collection and the amount of RON 3,334,712.09 infla tion rate since the value of the previous according to the viewpoint of the town was only ROB
1,608,691.78 at the time of submitting the application for collection so the Municipality re quests reduction to this amount while also requesting the cancellation of the inflation rate.
