Az ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt. („Társaság”) tájékoztatja Tisztelt Befektetőit a felperesek
tájékoztatása alapján, hogy az MNB piacbefolyásolás és bennfentes kereskedelem tárgyában
korábban hozott határozatával (H-PJ-III-B-3/2017.) kapcsolatban indult perben a Fővárosi
Törvényszék elutasította a felperesek kereseti kérelmét.

A döntés jogerős, de a felperesek az írásbeli határozatot még nem kapták kézhez.

Felperesek a döntéssel szemben felülvizsgálattal terveznek élni.

EXTRAORDINARY ANNOUNCEMENT
pursuant to the Capital Market Act and Decree No: 24/2008. (VIII.15.) of the Minister of
Finance.

ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt. (“Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors based on
the plaintiffs’ information that in the lawsuit against the previous decision (H-PJ-III-B3/2017.) of MNB in the subject of influencing the market and insider trading, the Metropolitan Court rejected the Claimants’ claim.

The decision is final, but the Claimants have not yet received the written decision.

The Claimants plan to appeal the decision.
