Az ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt. („Társaság”) az alábbiakról tájékoztatja Tisztelt Befektetőit a
romániai operáció értesítése alapján:

A romániai Pénzügy, a Társaság által korábban megnyert per eredményeképpen,
visszafizetett a Társaság részére cca 760.000 RON áfa összeget, mely áfa összeg
visszafizetését korábban jogosulatlanul tagadott meg egy 2014-es ügyletet követően.

A közel 10 éve tartó jogvita jól példázza a romániai igazságszolgáltatás anomáliáit, a
jogérvényesítés nehézségeit, de egyben a Társaság eltökéltségét is, mellyel továbbra is küzd
az igazáért és a neki járó összegek érvényesítéséért, akár a román állammal és a romániai
önkormányzatokkal szemben is.

Társaság vizsgálja továbbá a fenti összeg után járó késedelmi kamatok és egyéb kártérítési
igény érvényesítésének lehetőségét is.

ENEFI Asset Management Plc (“Company”) informs its Dear Investors about the following
based on the notification of the Romanian operation:

As a result of a lawsuit previously won by the Company, the Romanian Finance Department
reimbursed the VAT amount of approx. 760,000 RON, which was previously unauthorized,
and now after a 2014 transaction.

The nearly 10-year legal dispute is a good example of the anomalies of the Romanian justice
system, the difficulties of legal enforcement, but also the determination of the Company,
with which it continues to fight for its rights and the enforcement of the sums due to it, even
against the Romanian state and the Romanian municipalities.

The company is also investigating the possibility of asserting late interest and other
compensation claims for the above amount.
